Hi everyone,
I was informed yesterday of my acceptance into the September 1st class :) but now im nervous. I see a lot of posts about rn-bsn, but not many for prelicensure has anyone went through this program.. any words of advice? Anyone else in Houston know where the training labs are?
So far it has been great. The tests are a bit to get used to if you have never taken a proctored test online and you need good time management b/c there is alot of material to go over in the first 6 month term but if you get a schedule you will be fine. If yoa have a job where u need your schedule ahead of time then it might be problematic in that sense. I can honestly say that's the only bad thing b/c I took slot of my other classes online so I'm used to the online self teaching.. Congrats on your journey!!
@EbonyChiffon thank you for your reply. I'm currently debating going with WGU or holding out for a more traditional program such as UTMB or TWU. I'm trying to reach out to graduates from the pre-licensure program but they seem hard to find. Are you working full time or have other family obligations? Are you finished with the first 6 mo and have you progressed into the clinical division yet? Thanks again.
Hi! I have 2 more questions about the pre-licensure BSN. I've enjoyed reading your posts because I have had the same questions! I'm about to apply for the June 1 deadline in Houston. Now that most of you have started the program, what do you think?
Also, do any of you work full-time while doing this program?
Thanks!

Hello fellow classmates. I got the call too. Have to relocate to Houston, but this is so worth it!
