WGU has been one of my worst academic decisions. I'm transferring to UT-Arlington. Does anyone know how a "not passed" grade usually transfers?

Can I ask why you had a bad experience at WGU? I'm looking into the school and am curious about your experience.
My thoughts that a class showing "not passed" will not transfer but I would confirm that with UTA.
First, I was required to retake anatomy and physiology II... for no reason that I could ascertain. Second, I am in the military and was on orders over seas for a month. I had extremely limited internet access during that time. WGU would only allow me to have a one week extension on one class. It is the only program that I have seen that requires Biochem. The last that I can think of is personal. I have a mediocre GPA and need some A's to help me get into grad school. A "3.0" is not at all helpful to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my WGU experience. I earned 27 credits during my first 6-month term and 7 credits during my final term, all for the affordable price of $5,800. In addition, my WGU degree got me accepted into graduate school at a regional state university. However, competency-based education is not for everyone.
Good luck to you.
I'm sorry to hear that they weren't more flexible. Are you in the RN-BSN program or the BSN Prelicensure program?
I've heard good things about UTA so hopefully that will provide a better academic path for you.

You may want to look into GCU and Chamberlain. They both offer military discounts that would make them very competitive with UTA, and provide greater flexibility with your work schedule (rolling starts, not traditional semesters).
