Hey, guys I didn't see a thread for this new application cycle. How many of you guys have submitted your applications? Have you heard anything back?

I submitted mine right on the deadline LOL ? Maybe it's going by alphabetical order? I would assume they would send all of the letters at the same time? Like all of the rejection and acceptance letters at the same time?

I was told that they review in the order they receive them! ***** advised me to submit my application late Sept/early Oct so I would get more options in interview dates if I were selected for an interview.

Among those people who received the notification up to now, did anyone was invited for interview?

Not that I'm aware of anyone getting an invite as of yet, but then there was another post said that she applied in at the end of the cycle and got rejected? I submitted mine October 17th and still have not gotten a response?

I am just looking at it from different angle, but I am surprised that no one has been invited for interview yet. Regardless of submitted date, I believe they will release all invitees for interview at the same time by end of this week or early next week.

You think they just sent out rejections first, and then invites for interviews will follow thereafter? Keeping my fingers crossed

I have also not received word on the status of my application yet and I applied a few days before the deadline. Hopefully we will all hear back from admissions soon!

Does anyone have any information about or have gone through the Early Acceptance Opportunity Day?

****** told me that people who get an invite to early acceptance opportunity day have (I think) over a 3.75 undergrad GPA, 3.75 last 60 units GPA, 2-3 or less mistakes in the personal essays, and excellent ratings in the letters of recommendation. It's less of an interview to compete to get in and more of a "get to know you" interview to make sure you're a good fit for them and they're a good fit for you. 

He gave me this info a while ago so the criteria may be +/- some haha.

Thank you for this info! I got an early acceptance invite this morning! ?

The email states: The Early Acceptance Opportunity day will take place via Zoom in January and February, depending on availability, and will run for approximately 4 hours. Should you choose not to attend or are not available to attend you will need to go through the regular interview process in order to be considered for a seat in the MSN-E class entering in August 2021.
