Hey, guys I didn't see a thread for this new application cycle. How many of you guys have submitted your applications? Have you heard anything back?

Hello!
I’m actually in cohort 2 at WesternU right now, and basically we ended up having 2 FB groups. One FB group I actually created not too long after being accepted (I was very excited and eager to meet others in my cohort LOL). Then closer to the beginning of fall semester, the cohort above us created the official cohort 2 FB page with some of their cohort included; so we could ask them questions, reach out for help, and they could post any announcements from clubs and the college of graduate nursing as we were getting started at WesternU. I hope this helps!

So I went ahead and created a FB group just in case anyone is interested in joining. I think it’s a great way to get to know each other, vent, or just ask questions. Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/445824529977090/permalink/445826326643577/
You can also find it by searching WesternU MSN-E Class of 2023 - Cohort #3 only
I am not too tech savvy so let me know if any of you have any suggestions or want to manage the group ?

The cohort # identifies the entire class, so for my class we are all cohort 2, regardless of when we were accepted. The 2 means we are the second cohort to go through the newly formatted MSN-E program at WesternU. And since you are the year after ours, your whole cohort will be called cohort 3. Hope that helps!

Thanks for sharing. My understating is it will take 3 ( 2+1) years program at Western to get your NP. I think the are offering ENP and FNP. I am interested in FNP and thinking to accept the offer unless otherwise if I accepted elsewhere with more attractive program.
