Hey, guys I didn't see a thread for this new application cycle. How many of you guys have submitted your applications? Have you heard anything back?

I applied to USD- have not heard any update from them...I got accepted to APU ELMSN program and the deadline for that is Feb 19...I’m waiting on WesternU for an acceptance notification since I attended the EOA on Jan 29...I’m just waiting on western so I can make a decision on what school to attend!

I’m a little frustrated with USD’s lack of communication at this point/every school having their own timeline for the admission process. I feel like USD should have at least emailed to let all applicants know that they weren’t doing interviews this year as a courtesy. I know this isn’t the USD thread but still!!

Hi! They actually did send out an email a while ago with their timeline and there was no interview on it, but I believe she said that we’d hear back late February!

Out of curiosity...for those of you who have gotten accepted, is this your first time applying to programs? First time applying to WesternU?

Yes my first time applying to 10 schools and got in all of them

Did you receive an official acceptance from Western U or did you just attend EOA? I’m still waiting ?.

I received an EOA but canceled the interview. So I guess I’m just waiting in queue for a rejection letter since I never rescheduled an interview and it’s past the registration date now.

Hi everyone! Congrats to all those who received invites! I was just wondering, with it now being mid February and have not heard anything back from Western do you guys think it is safe to assume I have been rejected?

I just declined my interview invite so hopefully that spot opens up for someone else!

Why did you decline if you do not mind me asking? Did you get into another program?

Yeah I’m currently in another program right now! Western was my top choice but unfortunately they got back to us a little too late and I would have to forfeit the loan I took out for this other school and still risk not getting in after the interview ?
