Hello Bree!
I am also waiting for a status update on my application. From what I read on the other forums, the EOA acceptance emails get sent by Jan 18? However, I got accepted to Johns Hopkins and now I'm waiting on USD, USF, University of the Pacific, and WesternU. What are other programs have you applied too?
@M_sylv congrats !! ?? did you receive an email?? And when is your EOA date?
@breemichelle4 I know I hate the waiting game ?! And thank you! My number 1# is currently USF since their Orange County campus is closer to me. The other choices I would have to relocate.
Thank you! And yes, I received an email from them at 1:30 today... I was shocked it came so early! I chose the Jan 26 date, there was another option for the first week of February. Good luck to you all!
"Thank you for applying to the Master of Science in Nursing — Entry (MSN) Program at Western University of Health Sciences. Due to your outstanding qualifications, you have been selected to receive an invitation to our "Early Acceptance Opportunity Day" in place of attending a formal interview. This early acceptance opportunity will allow you to meet with the College of Graduate Nursing faculty, staff, and current MSN - Entry students to ask questions and get to know our program.”
They sent an information packet that has some basic information. I was reading from previous years it seems like a meet and greet and not too formal. I would still be prepared with questions you have for them and be prepared to talk a bit about yourself! I think being over prepared is better just in case ? Which day did you pick? I'm also curious how many people are invited/going.

Hi M_sylv,
If you view your application on their website, does it show that they viewed it or does it still say "submitted"?

Hi everyone! Hoping to connect with people who applied to Western U's MSN-E program for Fall 2023! I know we're supposed to start hearing back sometime in January, hoping to get insight if anyone has heard back yet?
