dam that's a lot. Who told you that? I thought maybe there's 15-20 students on the alternate list. Anything more than 20 is an insane number.

Just a reminder:
There are two approved ways of creating a special area for your cohort on this site.
A link to facebook is the only social media link allowed; or,
Members with at least 15+ posts OR who have purchased a Platinum membership can create a "Club" for their cohort.
Keep in mind, clubs will not be moderated, unless a member reports an issue.
