Hello all,
Who else is applying to the MSN Entry level 2016? I've decided to create this thread as I have not seen any new threads for 2016 start date.
The interview process consists of two faculty members and yourself in a room. They each ask a certain amount of questions. I'm not sure how many it was last year, maybe 10 in total. Half of the questions were situational ones, and the other questions were just about why you chose nursing, and why you want to go to Western, etc. Don't stress about the interview. They make you feel really comfortable and are super nice!
okay that sounds less stressful. Hopefully we all get lucky for an interview. :)
When I check my application on the website, it still says "Incomplete - Items Outstanding". It says I'm missing a transcript, and it only shows 2 of my rec letters having been received. Is it like that for any of you guys? I've tried emailing them at multiple addresses and haven't heard any reply which email have you guys been using to contact them about your application status?
Is this regarding an interview? Last year, I got my interview notification in February. I did not hear anything in December....I think they got around 400 applicants and 200 were granted interviews last year..Hey one of the admission counselors told me that we should hear something in the beginning of December. Just letting you guys know! Good luck everyone!
Yes this is regarding the interview. The admission counselor replied to my email and she said early December some people should receive either a denial or an invitation for interview email. Is this the only school you have applied to?
Oh nice! That was not like last year then. No, I applied to 6 schools. I heard from 3 and got accepted into them (NYU, U of Miami, and Union U). Western would be my top choice cause it is close to home.
