Western Health Sciences - Direct Entry MSN - Fall 2013

I didn't see a thread, so I started one.

I am planning on applying this fall for the Direct Entry MSN program. Anyone else?

I just talked to someone from admissions and he said that we should all know our status by the end of the month. The reason given for the extra interviews was people who were given an interview offer, but never received it (went into spam mail, ect) were being given the opportunity to interview, but more acceptances could potentially go out before then.

Thank you for calling! I'm glad that someone got some sort of answer. The pessimist in me thinks that they are just going to be sending out a mass rejection stack!

I am hoping at least one of us will still get an acceptance at this point! :)

Mayyybeeee she meant to say "as of today" instead of "until today". You know?? Haha maybe I'm a little tooooo optimistic! ;)

So I have some news not really good news. I have a friend that lives in LA that found out today that she didn't get in, at least that's what I heard through her sister. I don't know all details I'm waiting for her to text me back, but I would say that hopefully for the rest of us at this point maybe no news is good news.

I had no clue they send out "rejection emails" though..

I actually thought they sent it out through mail. May I ask what time you received your email BlueEyes?

So so so very sorry blueeyes. I know the feeling all too well. Have yourself a good cry, and a glass of wine/soda/beer/ whatever you like, and a good meal to reward yourself for the hard work you have put in. Like many others have said, no matter what we should all be proud of ourselves for even making it to the interview. I hope any other schools you applied to bring you good news of acceptance!
