I am so overwhelmingly excited that I got in for the Jan 1 start!! Has anyone else gotten in for this start? Any advice from those in the program already?

First of all congrats!!! I was looking into this school for a while. How hard was it to apply and what all did you have to do?

Yay!! Congrats I'm applying for the next round we should connect via email. I'm nervous about being rejected

Congrats! I just got notified today that I am accepted into the Texas Jan 1st start date!!! Best of luck!

FutureRNgir - We can absolutely connect! I actually got rejected the first time I applied. They left a note on my file to retake Physiology, so I did, and this time around they left a note on my file that they were very glad to see I took their advice! My advisor was so helpful throughout the whole process and actually got emotional with me when she called to tell me I got in this time - it was really meaningful! That being said, do not fear being rejected!! I almost didn't reapply or retake physiology out of disappointment. I am so glad I did though, and throughout that whole process it just reaffirmed for me that truly is the best option for me. :)

pmoise85 - The process actually wasn't too bad! Outside of the general application you also have to have your references, take the TEAS V, have a student statement, etc. Not too bad :)

Thanks! I sent you a PM. You didn't take A&P together?

Hello! I am considering applying for the June 1st start date and was curious what your Science GPA and TEAS scores were when you got rejected as opposed to when you got accepted. I am just trying to decide if I should retake A&P as well!
