Hi I am just starting sending my transcripts over for evaluation with WGU, how long can I expect them to take to complete the review, hoping to start in October. Also I have transcripts from four schools wondering how complete is the review want to make sure nothing goes over looked.

How much of your nursing packet has been completed. Making the October start will be pushing it a bit.
It could takes a few days depending on the load of files they are looking at.
Then you have to have the whole packet completed before it is submitted to the school committee. Are you doing the pre-licensing or RN to BSN?
Shondaj, I am doing the RN to BSN completion I am already an RN.
Do they have cohorts for the RN to BSN?

WGU has no RN-to-BSN cohorts. However, they have many students who want to be admitted, but not enough mentors to go around for all these students who wish to enroll.
Based on my understanding, each program mentor is allowed only 100 to 150 students on their roster. Once all of WGU's program mentors' rosters are filled up, other students' admissions will need to be pushed back to the 1st of the next available month.
For you to have been accepted for an October 1st start date, your packet would have needed to have been completed by September 22nd, so you've missed the boat. However, a November 1st date is looking promising. Good luck to you.
Hopefully even November may not be feasible.
I applied during the first week of March of this year. I wanted an April 1st start date, but my enrollment counselor firmly told me I couldn't start until May. This conversation occurred during our very first phone call.
It sounds as if you need a more informative enrollment counselor since they usually provide this basic information within the first couple of phone calls. Some are better at their jobs than others. Anyhow, I'm assured you'll start in November if your enrollment counselor is on the ball.

New classes start monthly?
I wish I was already an RN. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and finishing my science courses. Problem is finding a school that I do not have to quit my job for.
Being a mom with no added support I need a program I can still work with.
I can switch to night shift but that's about it with the job I have.
Start transcript evaluation for WGU on Sept 25, still have not finished the process....this takes forever
