First, the only part that is online is the didactic (classroom) part. Students must still attend skills lab and clinicals - and you attend on days/ times NOT of your own choosing. Wanted to clear that up right off the bat.
Second, it is a VERY rigorous program.
Next, you must have some college experience, and may not have failed out of another program.
How the program works: After having your transcripts evaluated, you will one or more pre-nursing terms (six months long) to complete. You must successfully pass all pre-nursing classes in order to enter the clinical portion of the program. There are four clinical nursing terms of six months each (no breaks between- it's two straight years). During these two years , you complete eight nursing courses and the accompanying clinical component.
To give you an example: CASAL 1 (med-surg)- you complete all of the classroom portion online including papers, quizzes, assignments, and final exams. IF you pass ALL of thiese assignments, then you proceed to a weekend skills lab (usually eight hours EACH on a Saturday and Sunday). IF you pass skills lab, then you proceed to the Clinical intensive. This is generally six 12-hour shifts (may be day or night- you do not choose) in a two week time frame. So basically, a full-time schedule of 'work' for those two weeks, working 1:1 with an experienced nurse in the clinical setting- on his/her schedule which, again, may include weekends and 2-3 consecutive shifts in a row. IF you pass the Clinical Intensive, then you proceed to the next class. Lather, rinse, repeat for two years.
I hope this has given you the information you need to make your decision. It is NOT easy. It is NOT '100% online' as some think. It IS rigorous, demanding, and excellent preparation for practice.
I really appreciate the reply. God bless you. Would any thing change if I already have all my prerequisites or it will still be the same? The info.u gave is the same as the ormond beach program right? I'm just so scared. I just got accepted and I should be starting February. Just wanted to know if there's anyone that is already in the same program as me and same campus. Do u by any chance know anyone in this forum that is in the same campus?

All of the pre-licensure sites are the same for WGU. When you say you have 'all your pre-requisites done' is that according to you or according to WGU? The two clinical years of the program are set- you can't accelerate that timeline.
