Hi everyone! My name is Julian I just applied to WHCC RN program for the Fall 2021 cohort. I thought it would be necessary to create this topic to discuss and talk and freak out about the upcoming nursing selection together LOL. I applied with 91.35 points. Has anyone else applied yet???

Hi I’m a current student. The schedule is not so bad the first semester only consists of one 12 hour clinical day per week with 2-3 theory classes. 2nd semester is probably the hardest for most because of the 2-3 theory classes, you’re also doing OB rotations usually the same time you do Peds rotations. It’s manageable is what I can say from experience

How are the instructors there? Are they supporting or are you on your own? So are you in school all week?

Generally what hours are you at school? For theory.

We’ve been online due to covid so we do zoom conferences, but first semester it was Tuesday and Thursday’s 8-345; depending on how many weeks your theory class is, we started at 10 on Thursdays after 8 weeks due to a theory class being done.

You go to skills lab with your clinical group, they have it all planned on what days you go and what you will be doing.
