Hello, I am applying to WGTC Fall 2021 ADN program. The deadline is June 1st for the Murphy campus. Is there anyone else applying as well? If so, please join this thread so that we can keep each other updated throughout our application processes.

I’m not applying for the ADN but I did apply to there lpn and will be applying to a few other ADN programs
OK, did you end up using your prereqs for the ADN to apply for the Lpn program or did you take the courses needed for the Lpn? This will be a second option for me, depending on how the TEAS goes. Also, what other ADN programs are you looking at?
Yes I did the ADN prerqs and my wasn’t so high I made a 70 ? but the other schools are southern crescent, Gordon, Georgia piedmont(LPN), and Georgia perimeter and when do you take your TEAS?
Was that the first time you took the TEAS? I take mine on May 20th.
First time I made a 63. My scores the second time were reading-74.5 math-81.3 science-61.7 and English-62.5 it’s funny because the first time I score 70 something in science and low in everything else but good luck.
Wow. And your overall was just a 70%? The individual scores aren’t bad at all honestly. But thank you. Did you take the TEAS at home or did you go to a proctored location?
I took it from home and thank you I plan to retake it also maybe sometime in June.

Hello! I am applying to the Murphy campus as well. I am retaking my TEAS on the 25th. I got a 69 the first time so I'm hoping to do much better this time around. What is your competitive GPA?
Hello, welcome. I guess since we are all retaking the TEAS soon, we should keep each other posted on our new scores. My GPA is a 3.35, so it isn't really that good because WGTC wants a 3.2 minimum but hopefully I score higher on the TEAS. What is your GPA?
Mine is a 3.35 as well but I think we should stay optimistic. I read the selection is 40% GPA and 60% TEAS score. I'm super nervous for my next test so I hope we all do great on our next one.
OK, now I don't feel as bad about my GPA anymore. Also, I heard the same thing as well and I spoke with the advisor and she stated that the TEAS is what matters most for the competitive selection and also that it depends on how many people apply.
