Hello all,

If you were accepted in December, have you received your official package with the acceptance letter? The email said it would take up to 4 weeks to arrive. I'm impatient I guess, but really was hoping I would receive it by the first week of January.

For me, I would love to receive the package and be aware of all the legalities before I commit myself to NSG 310 as I wanted to take it this semester (Spring 2012).

If you already received your package, did anything make you chaange your mind about the program or taking NSG 310 in the spring?

Any thoughts?

Hello Chesco,am waiting for my letter too.but do you think there is anything in the package that will make us change are mind?

hi chesco - i just posted this in response to another wcu post, but thought i would share it here for you as well.

i received my formal acceptance letter two days after i got the email acceptance. the letter has no information about the program, but does note that a deposit of $200 is required to hold your spot. my deposit was due about a week and a half after i received the letter. i'm not positive on this one, but i do not think you can register for nsg310 until you pay the deposit. based on the acceptance email, it sounds like we will receive a contract and more specific information about the program sometime during the spring semester. also included in the formal acceptance package is a document on tuition and financial aid, but this is just general information that can be found online, not specific to our program. hope this helps! look forward to meeting you soon!

Hi brez1208.

Thank you for the information as it gives me an idea of what is contained in the package . Somehow I was expecting the package to have more information especially about the curriculum change they plan to implement in May 2012, contract information, schedule for the summer and fall classes(day of week/time) etc. I'm still conflicted about taking NSG 310 now or in the summer so I was hoping receiving additional information could influence my decision. In addition,

The email acceptance I received said we could register for NSG310 and that the package will arrive in 4 weeks. So I'm thinking the deposit will not be due now as we haven't received the package.

Thanks again brez1208 for the info.

Is anyone here registered for NSG310?

Hi Chesco,i have register for NSG310 and i dont have the acceptance letter just the e-mail.

hey chemistr1, thanks for responding. I hope to make a decision by tuesday if I want to register. I keep buying time, hoping the acceptance letter would arrive. I look forward to meeting all of you, in Januray or May!

Hi chemistr1,

How did you register for NSG310. They did not provide a phone number for the person to contact to register, just her email address. So did you just emailed her or you called the nursing office to register?

I have decided to register today....hope it's not too late.

Hi Chesco,i have register for NSG310 and i dont have the acceptance letter just the e-mail.

chemistr1, are you still waiting for the acceptance offer? Mine is still not here. This is odd.

I started NSG 310 last week...I'm tempted to ask the prof. about it.

I was looking into the WCUPA BSN2 program and I am getting pretty discouraged. I was hoping for the Spring 2013 class and was wondering what Grades the people that got accepted into the Spring 2012 class had? I will be finishing my pre-reqs in December and am worried about the TEAS exam. Any insight to what the incoming classes grades were would be helpful! PLEASEEEE!

For those taking NSG 310, did you receive a syllabus for the class yet? Due to some unforseen circumstances, I had to wait until the last minute to register for the class. If anyone has it, is there a way to email me before Tuesday? Thanks!
