Wellstar 2016 Residency

I have an interview coming up for the Wellstar New Grad Residency. Anyone know what the interview process is like? Also, what the residency process is like? The recruiter told me that multiple managers would be at the interview but did not specify specialties or which wellstar hospitals would be there. Any advice about the interviewing process or about the residency program in general would be awesome! Thanks!

Where did you find the application and is it for Fall 2016? I frequent the website but never saw them post anything recent regarding the residency for the fall.

I found it just by searching the word "residency" on wellstar's career site. When they called me I asked, and they confirmed that it was for Fall 2016.

Have you already graduated? Or do they accept current nursing students in their last semesters? Thank you

You have to apply before you graduate. I am in my last semester and am graduating in May 2016
