A guy I work with got accepted. yeee haaaa.

he was an alternate but they called him the other day. yeee haaa.

do you know what this means? if he can do it I can do it. so at least I know sombody from my unit has gotten insomwhere. how encourging.

Wesleyan accepts 80 students a year. somewhat Mind boggeling. how 90 percent of the programs accept under 10 and here is one that accepts 80. I have to wonder about the persona attention. about 2 weeks until GRE time.

p.s. there are nine books on a shelf 4 leather 2paper back and 3 cloth bound.

the 4 leather must be together and the 2 paper back must be together the 3 cloth bound can go anywhere.

if the 5 book is a paper back book what must the 2 nd bood be..

lol,, hahahahahah, doesnt' that kill . that is what my life has come to.

Alan, if you don't mind, would you share with us the admission statistics (gpa, gre, yrs exp, ect.) of your friend. It would be nice just to have a little better frame of reference.

My situation was somewhat similar. I applied to two schools. I interviewed at one school and got accepted after the first interview. I am still debating whether or not to attend the interview at the other school.

Matt, thanks for the info. Hearing about all these 4.0s and people getting published was starting to make me nervous.

smogmatt;

I applied and was accepted to California State Fullerton, Kaiser School of Anesthesia this year. I researched the school and the graduates extensively before applying and found the graduates came out excellent in their field. Easily hired, kinda difficult to get hired in So. Cal., especially Ventura County. Ventura Co does not use ANY CRNAs. (I plan to break that barrier!) Look into this school. No GRE, by the way.

80 students a year? makes me wonder how much attention they would get from the faculty. what kind of reputation do their graduates have? anyone know?

We get Texas Wesleyan students here in Wichita for clinical rotations. They turn out some pretty good CRNA's.

That's good to know. Being in Arizona it is the only school that I can go to and then do my clinicals in AZ. Just curious because I was looking at it as an option. Thanks for the input.
