and it looks like we will be voting to strike here in the Twin Cities--over 9,000 RN's, that is--so sad the hospitals never saw our value and only ofered us a paultry 18% over three years--that's like a $1.60 raise for me--WOW--Not even cost of living...That will sure bring new stuff into our proffesion!!!

PLEASE come back and let us know how the vote goes today! and any particulars. It's astounding that 9000 nurses might be acting on this vote.
