and it looks like we will be voting to strike here in the Twin Cities--over 9,000 RN's, that is--so sad the hospitals never saw our value and only ofered us a paultry 18% over three years--that's like a $1.60 raise for me--WOW--Not even cost of living...That will sure bring new stuff into our proffesion!!!

I wish we got that much, our "raise" was 14% over 5 years. Damn I gotta move.
