hey i felt exactly as you did!!! I was so confident with myself because I have studied so hard and practiced a lot of questions, putting into my heart and mind all that I have studied (maybe not all but almost!).. I know you will pass... my 1st 20q were also knowledge based and it was more of content which I found it easy and studied those from saunders.. then I found SATA questions by the end of my exam.. I only had 75 q too.. I am certain you will pass... goodluck!!
thx , ur words made me more comfortable on what i did:cool:. and also, i too used saunders, and it help a lot, and i also reviewed a pathophysio book to make it more fun
heheh. anyways, thx again^^,
ohh btw, how many drug computation question u got? bcoz i only got ONE unlike my first exam that gave me tons of it. Is it a good sign or not? [my 1st exam ended 156 ]
either way, im happy now, i mean better. once i receive my result ill tell u guys, and kiss the mail man
bwahaha
Kazuki7,
I feel exactly the way that you do! I took the nclex-rn the second time July 30 also and I left the test center with the feeling I passed! My computer shut off at 75q this time and the first time it shut off at 265. The first time I knew that I had failed even though all of my nursing school friends told me not to worry because they knew I passed the first time. This time I felt much more confident and a lot of the questions that I answered was the same content that I had been studying so I knew what the answer was especially the medications.
Good Luck to you!!
well i got 2 math calculations.. I've read that math questions are low level questions, I'm not sure of it.. but your tests sounds good.. I also got 1 drag &drop and I'm sure I got it wrong!! but i still passed.. I thought that those questions were experimental.. I'm sure you did just fine.. well I'm in CA and I waited 22 days just to receive my results... goodluck!!

hmm, how can i start this...anyway, this is my story, I've just finish my exam[nlcex-rn] this july 30[yesterday]. i started with questions easy to comprehend up to 20 and after that, there goes the random high/low lv difficulty question, i have some unfamiliar question but I've manage to stay afloat with my confidence with well numbered answers i think im right. i ended at #75 unsure if my last 3 answers is ryt, but i left the test center feeling i pass:smokin:. But never in my entire life i finish a major/finals exams feeling confident passing it, so what more on this? is my mind just playing tricks on me or this is it:confused:? BTW this is my 2nd time, and its the exact opposite of my 1st exam[felt like a loser:eek:]. i've read a lot of post here but havnt encounter any story same as mine, majority of story is about not feeling they pass bcoz of the 50%ryt/50%wrong system. so, can any1 help me alleviate this uncertainty?
PS: i hope nobody thinks im crazy:clown: due to the fact i felt i pass but uncertain. Weird ei :stone
