37 weeks pregnent

I am 37 weeks pregnent and I have been loosing my mucus plug the DR says and it has been comming out for almost a week I am wondering when the contractions and labor will start.

I wwas also wondering if there is any way to tell that station the baby is at with out a DR I cant tell if the baby has dropped and i was wondering if it is normal.
