Work proved unusually difficult, many documents and emails and work to do for the person who is off.  And we had a meeting on top of that.  I decided to work through lunch, which turned out to be wise as I worked straight up until quitting time.  Hope today will be easier although I do have a new case to do today.  Thankfully the person who is off returns tomorrow

Met the church group for dinner at the Mexican place my dad and I go to.  Had a good crowd there, although the restaurant was a bit loud and being at a long table made it difficult to hear everyone

Also set up the event for the over 50 group, which will be in about 2 and a half weeks.  Hopefully people show up

Today will do the grocery shopping after work but otherwise should be a pretty quiet 

Will be a warmer day in the mid 70s

Good morning!

Joe, hope today is easier on you.  (I asked the mods to change your post to reflect that it's Wednesday today and not Tuesday.  Had me confused for a minute.)

I looked for an over-50 or seniorish group here and knew there was one that met for coffee and other activities but turns out best friend joined it.  I want him to have his life with his own social circle so I decided not to pursue it.  

I realized I totally jinxed myself on yesterday's thread talking about how good my car is working right now.  opps.......

Getting ready to make the eggplant dish and head to the grocery store.  Hope to work out at the gym later today.

hello. It's a nice day here, finally got to 60. I volunteered in the demo garden, stopped at the store for veggies, then home to putter in my own garden. 

I try to have activities separate from dh. He is now vice chair of the food bank board of directors, and enjoys making home deliveries to the shut-ins. I'm looking forward to my massage that's scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
