Work was not bad yesterday, though an afternoon new case and some new documents kept me from helping anyone else

After work was quiet too, went out to pick up wine, then came home and exercised.  The severe weather was mostly absent, to my surprise

Used my weather alert radio last night but no alerts

Today have a meeting with the social club at a seafood place, looks like we'll have a big crowd

Weather is currently about 70 but will be in the 50s by the evening.  Some more storms expected later today

Good morning!

Have a good day Joe.

It's hot here.  Going to be in the upper 80's for a few days.  Usually this time of year it's a bit cooler.  

My sister is the unreliable one and I put up with it and continue to make plans.  She will cancel about 50% of them or just no show.  She called 10 minutes after she was due for Thanksgiving one year to cancel with some lame excuse.  Always with a "I feel so bad......."

I had a weird night of periods of deep sleep and waking up about 4 times.  Got up just after 5AM for good.  Been to the grocery store and am getting ready for the CPR class on Zoom here in a bit.  Guess I'm as ready as I'll ever be.

Will have to do some meal prep as I'm working three 12-hour shifts in a row. Can't complain, I did it to myself.  Well, perhaps I will complain.  I reserve that right.  LOL

No worries.  We figured it out. ? 

Quiet day today.  I did a grocery run, and then made Hungarian Mushroom Soup.  Relaxed in the bedroom while dh did the online jam.  We will probably finish the lentil soup tonight, and have the mushroom soup tomorrow. 

Tomorrow we are scheduled to take the RV to get its water pump replaced and (I think) get new tires.  Friday we will take Toby to the vet, for his one-month-post-starting-medication-for-his-hyperthyroidism check-up.  I think he is not as hyped up as he was before starting the medication, his fur is softer (not as coorifice), and I think he has gained a pound.  We can feel a little fat around his belly and ribs.   As he started out at 9#, gaining 1# is roughly 10% of his body weight, which I think is good.  We will find out what the vet thinks on Friday.

Not much else to report.
