Tweety the time change threw me off for a few days too

Ado I was in Flagstaff years ago, was surprised at how cool it was compared to the rest of Arizona

Stars I don't think I've been in a theater since the pandemic

NJ22 I think I tried magnesium at one point but didn't find it helpful

Happy birthday Dianah!

Felt  better yesterday and had a fairly normal day at work,  although I had to work right up until the end

Rest of the evening was fairly quiet.  Exercised and tried to find information about next month's  local  elections, have not heard much recently.  Began some more research on volunteer opportunities in the area

Tonight will  grocery shop  and then have our vestry meeting, so I'll  skip yoga this week.

Will be a bit warmer today, in the upper 40s

I avoid the popcorn because of the fat, calories and salt.  Frugal best friend avoids it because of the cost.  But it is good.

I hate to be one of those that talks about "younger workers these days" but we were supposed to get a tech for night shift last night from another floor.  She showed up and was told to float and proceeded to go home.  This is not the first time I've seen this.  I've never seen such behavior from boomers in my life, it's only be since Gen Z came along.

There's a "Bare Minimum Monday" taking over TikTok telling people to just relax into Monday and not work much.  Next up is "Try Less Tuesday".    Then  there's "Quiet Quitting" meaning "I don't get paid enough, I'm not quitting, but you're not getting much out of me".

Again, boomers wouldn't behave this way.  I wonder what the long-term effect on the economy are going to be with such lack of production and work ethic.

I do have to wonder if corporations stomped all over the boomer, Gen X work ethic and took advantage and Gen Z saw that and said "hell no".  Plus they get nothing for their effort but huge debt, inflation, and little disposable income.  Who can blame them.

But walking off a job because you have to float is a horrible thing to do.

Again, I hate to be one of those boomers since many are hard working, raising families, etc.
