Tweety had the same result from my colonoscopy in 2022

NJ22 hope you sleep better

Hi Dianah

Stars I hope she recovers from whatever it is soon

Ado glad the storms weren't bad

Work proved to be quite busy but not quite as bad as I had suspected it would be.  Did end of staying late, on a long call at the end of the day.  Rest of the day was not bad, did the grocery shopping and stopped by the library and exercised after work

Today have a dinner with the over 50 group after work.  Chances are work will be busy although probably a little less busy than yesterday.  Have someone coming from my internet provider this afternoon, as it seems an issue with my connection is affecting one of the programs I use for work.  Hopefully it won't prove too disruptive

Should be fairly nice today, in the mid 60s

Good morning!

Joe, hope your day is manageable.  I like being busy but not overwhelmed.

I slept quite a bit yesterday but feel good today.  Waffles let me sleep an hour past her breakfast time.

Going to do some routine stuff,

Have a great day.

At least I got Nannie to swallow the time-release Mucinex without chewing it. She does not seem to realize how JUNKY her respirations are. And when I tell her to COUGH, .... it doesn't MOVE from her bronchial passages like it should; she gives a puny little throat cough, nothing using her diaphragm to provide some Ooomph to her cough. I'm not supposed to give her the Delsym, as that is to depress the cough-reflex. When she does "accidentally' give out with a deep, phlegmy cough, she says "I don't know what's wrong with me." I told her she has a bad cold, and if she lets that junk stay in her lungs, she could end up going to the hospital with pneumonia. Her response was a vague "okay." Have made sure to take my own tried and true "cold prevention" combo of supplements, so I hope I don't get anything from her!

I feel like something excrement-like on a shingle because my meds have only marginally slowed the hip/back/knee/elbow/shoulder aching. But at least I can walk a little bit better now than when I first got up out of bed, it was TOUGH! And I have a little so-far quiet hum of a headache going on, which I hope will disappear.

Today is filled with LAUNDRY and more laundry.

Stars sorry for the ailments at your place.  Stay well.

Got the biopsy results from my polyp and it was negative for cancer or any diagnosis.  Just a polyp.  Have a phone appointment with the GI doc in June to go over the results and plan.  I don't want him not to get his pay so I'll go along but seems a waste.  At least he wants to do it over the phone.

My agitation/anxiety level if much improved with the colonoscopy behind me and decent sleep.  Like I said the worst part was the dietary restrictions leading up to it, but on my report it said "prep was adequate" or something like that.  Also having the post hurricane damage all taken care of helps.

Going to cook some Asian style tahini tofu noodle dish and then relax and watch TV.  I mopped and went to the gym, so it was productive day.

Partly cloudy here. Just got back from the demo gardens. Everything looks pretty good, but I already see signs of aphids and white fly. I mainly did weeding. I plan to do some yard work once I finish my lunch.

Stars, I hope you can escape whatever bug Nannie seems to have. At my first LPN job, a nursing home, we used to call pneumonia the old person's friend. We had so many demented patients and some with awful pain, that expiring from pneumonia seemed almost kind. And we never coded anyone. And we offered hospice care, so they could be kept comfortable.

Tweety, my GI always calls me about a week after the procedure, once the biopsy is back. And it was included in the procedure.

Joe, I am glad you are able to get some tech support. The last time I called about our cable and computer the tech was here for hours and never did fix anything. Or I take that back, that was the last time any came to our house. The last 2 times I had to take the modems to the store and they exchanged, and then I install.

Ado, I hope your house is soon rid of the crud, too.

Yes, Dianah, I've had propofol for a colonoscopy and for a pacer change and both times felt really rotten for a couple of days. But I know many people think it's great.

To tell you the truth, I have been secretly hoping that "the old person's friend" would take Nannie.

SiL says she thinks Nannie will be well enough to go to daycare on Friday, I have my doubts; she hasn't been over here or seen Nannie, or heard her coughing. Personally I don't think the daycare place would want her back there on Friday, but SiL is in one of her "it's all good" modes. So, we'll see.

I am hoping that Chatty CG is coming tomorrow. We haven't heard anything from her, and for some reason, SiL doesn't want to call her and ask. (??)

Nannie only ate a small cup of ice cream and a small Fudge-Round which is a 'Little Debbie's🤮cake', and a few bites of sweet potato and her cranberry juice. The rest of the supper was ignored. After she ate she started falling asleep off and on, with her mouth open as she faded in and out. I put her in bed at 7:45 PM after I changed her into pj's and she was pretty weak on her feet. I gave her the dose of Delsym last thing.
