Has anyone heard anything about either the RN or LPN program at Webster College? They have 2 campuses, one in Ocala and one in Pasco. Im looking for the good, the bad, whatever you know. Thanks!!
Congrats on CFCC. I think they are both good programs. When I started at CFCC, there was a 3 yr waiting list, so I applied to Rasmussen ( Webster) and I got in. Of course, now there isnt a waiting list at CF, but I will be done before I would have had I waited for CF. People get scared when they see provisional status, but most do not realize that every school of nursing starts off with provisional status. When they have "x" amount of students take and pass the nclex, they get full approval.
Good luck to you!!! BTW...check out area hospitals for scholarship and tuition reimbursement info. ORMC and West Marion have really good programs.
Yeah, be prepared to give up everything for school...lol. But in the end, it is worth it. I have only worked weekends for the past 2 1/2 yrs, and its been really tough. Alot of schools dont want you to work at all, and some only allow part time, so your focus is only on school. I can understand why. For the next 2 years you are going to eat and sleep nursing school!

Several are already working at area hospitals as RN's or GN's. I am already working at a local hospital, and will be employed there after licensure. Several in my class have been offered GN postions as well. Hope that helps.
