Who has applied for the transition program (LVN-RN) with Weatherford College for Spring 2021 at Wise Campus?!? How many points did you have? I will have 31 but I am waiting for them to confirm this. This application process as been completely different because of COVID. I am also wondering how classes are going to go? Will we be doing more online classes? How will clinicals go? I am excited to know who has applied. Hopefully, a few of us will get in :)

Does anyone know someone who has done the program that can shed light on the entire process?

I have known a few that have gone through the program. From what they have said from previous classes M-F with clinicals. I’m unsure if they will do an orientation like they do for LVN program. 

How many points did you apply with? The secretary is who I spoke with. No letter sent out as of yet ?

I’m not sure how many points I currently have. After reading this post, I decided that I was going to reach out on Monday to see how many I have. I’m not sure how many of my classes from my undergrad counted. I wonder which letters get sent out first? Denial or acceptance?? We will see soon! Good luck to all!

Denials are usually the first ones sent out.

I have asked for point totals 3 times and wasn’t given my total.

Should start seeing them the beginning of next week hopefully ? Did you get your point total? I will be OOT for the next 2 weeks. The wait for the letter is killing me.

Hey- I was thinking class was 3 days a week? I know someone in now that said normally (not COVID) it’s 2 week days and a 12 hour clinical...

I talked to another friend. She was a little more forth coming with information. She said first semester was 2 days a week. I hope this remains the same ? I will be working full time. I didn’t get to talk beyond that because I was at work ? 

I wish there was more information online.

Yes it is. Last I heard from the school was that letters should be mailed by the end of this week. Hopefully.
