Wearing a FannyPack and things we will need

So as not to infringe on another person's thread, i thought i would ask my fannypack questions here. It is a great idea, thank you. Where can i get one? Also does it come in white and different sizes/colors??? The idea of a lab coat is super too. How do you carry around the clipboard w/ all the stuff inside, is it too bulky:? The crocs really that comfortable...wow..havent bought my shoes yet. Do you think they will be good for the winter too???

I happen to wear a black fannypack, but they do sell white ones sometimes in uniform stores for nurses. In my area, fannypacks (the black ones) are very plentiful. They range from $3 to $10, and I get the ones that have plenty of room and a compartment to place my cell phone. Right now, I keep my cell, PDA, wallet, a highlighter, pens and house keys in mine. I have sometimes had alcohol wipes in it, but try to remove them by the end of the day. Little notes for things, again, which I throw away before I leave. They do have various sizes. I do not carry a clip board, it would be too bulky for me, but, have a notepad, which I think is more suitable, anyway, personally.

I no longer wear a fanny pack, not since the days of nursing school clinicals and my first year as a new nurse...but the Crocs shoes, are my best friends. They are not the prettiest shoes as most would say, but the comfort out weighs the appearance.:)

I will definitely get a fannypack. It is good that the place you work doesnt mind. The crocs shoes, are they appropriate for the wintertime??? I think I would like to give them a try. thanks everyone.
