WCCCD nursing fall 2012 hopefuls!

hey guys i have been reading on here for a while but have never written! i just finished applying for the fall semester and im soooo nervous! i got good points... 3.83 so i got full points there, got a 90 on my reading and 64 on my math so about 10 and 4 points all pre recs done at wayne county and almost all co recs done (ill be finished at the end of the semester) so i am hoping that is enough to get me through but im so scared that i forgot to check something off or fill something out at the application meeting even though i checked it 50 times!!!! anyone else out there going for the fall start? maybe if there is we can keep each other sane while we wait for our email in april!!

yes they said that if you gave a personal email they WOULD NOT send an acceptance or denial letter!! they would only accept WCCCD emails!

Well....instead of stalking my mailman, I've been stalking my wcccd email :) I know they said April 28th, but I've been checking everyday. If anyone hears anything please keep us posted. Good luck to all.

Hi guys! So glad I found some people that are as scared as I am!! Lol

I got a 3.78 gpa, 85 in reading 75 in math, all my classes done at WC3, and all my co-reqs done. So I'm praying hard that I get in on my first time!

Do you guys know what the deadlines are? I wanted to pick up a information sheet but I think the school is closed for break.

Grades I got:

AP I A

AP II B

BIO 155 A

Micro taking summer

GPA 3.66

What do you guys think? Should I retake AP II?

Hi there:

the school is open, you can go down to nursing office to obtain necessary information. Also did you take Psychology?

Try to get an A in Micro....

I am a WCCCD nursing graduate.....graduated in 12/2011...

make sure you have ur classes transferred in to WCCCD. theres a deadline for that too.

They give u points for teas score and % of classes done at wcccd and if u have medical license too. Ur gpa seems good...what about the other stuff?

Bio 155 doesn't count for nursing. Just Bio 240, 250, 295 English 119 and Psy 101.
