hey guys i have been reading on here for a while but have never written! i just finished applying for the fall semester and im soooo nervous! i got good points... 3.83 so i got full points there, got a 90 on my reading and 64 on my math so about 10 and 4 points all pre recs done at wayne county and almost all co recs done (ill be finished at the end of the semester) so i am hoping that is enough to get me through but im so scared that i forgot to check something off or fill something out at the application meeting even though i checked it 50 times!!!! anyone else out there going for the fall start? maybe if there is we can keep each other sane while we wait for our email in april!!

No! And now I'm nervous :-(

Took my acceptance letter today to the office!!!! Sooooo excited!!!

I called and asked them if they could at least look to see if they processed my app and all the lady on the phone would tell me is "All applications have been processed and all letters have been sent out" I even expressed my concern of the possibility that it could have been misplaced but she still refused to tell me anything!!!

I'm pretty sure we are! I starting to look at my plan B! Which is to go to Oakland University or Wayne State, I was accepted to both, get my bachelors in Biology (should take about 2 years) and then do their 1 year accelerated nursing program...so that's a thought..

As some of you may already know, wcccd is not so "professional" but you just "put on your mask" like they will tell u in orientation and move on. You will see/ hear diifffernt things from so many people, but dont let anythign get to u. Finish your 2 years at wcccd and move on. Nursing is not easy but its doable as long as you do the studying, you will be fine. I graduated from wcccd dec 2011 and I am working as a nurse now...so if some of you have some questions about the program, i am more than happy to help you.

If I don't get anything over the weekend than I am going to go in there on Tuesday.... I have to work every other day besides that :( I might even call tomorrow to set up an appointment with the dean to try to find out what happened or is happening.... I have a 4.0 GPA, all co-reqs completed, all classes done at WCCCD, my TEAS scores were an 87 in reading and 86 in math. I am almost 100% positive that I should have got accepted but you never know....

I'm optimistic that we'll get something tomorrow! We're in the same boat as far as qualifications except I got a 3.78 (stupid Micro)

hello guys! I'm new to this site and recently I have been accepted into the program. :) those of you who are waiting to hear something be patient. I might have been the last one accepted, My G.P.A was 3.66 only good for 50pts. teas 81 reading, 82 math. bombed on everything else. 74% overall teas 16pts, all wcccd classes 10 pts and co req's 5 pts, no liscence so that is a nice total of 81pts. last semester the cut off was 76pts. so you guys with the 4.0 and the 3.78, and almost perfect teas relax your in. Go to the NW campus they have a list of all people who were accepted, give them your names. congrats! oh and by the way the person with the B in micro there was a girl there turning in her acceptance withe two B's micro and eng119. see you at orientation aug 15.
