WCCCD..Called the nursing office today

Well I got somewhat of a more definitive answer when I called this time. She said letters would go out by the end of next week. Still no word on the GPA. I think they have to know by now! So irritating!:banghead:

Weel it's nice to hear that you got more of an answer than I have over the past weeks. I think they do know the GPA cutoff and just doesn't want to say. So one more week to be a nervous wreak. There's no anticipation like waiting to hear what your future is to bring. Good Luck to all!

Hi MISSALISSA, I just called the nursing office myself and they just told me in November. It is very irriating November has 30 days in it. In Novemeber could mean any one of the 30 days. I'm just tired of waiting because I feel luike my life is at a stand still until I find out whether I'm in or not. :madface:

I know I feel the same way. Why are they giving two different answers? It's like they're messing with us on purpose!

hey there, i figured so becuz last years students received theirs around the 15th and the 16th of november. if they know when letters go out then they know what the gpa cutoff but probably don't want to cause an uproar or whatever. alright are we all holding hands?:yeah:

Well you guys are both right.... One told you the end of next week, and someone else told SillyRabbit "November".... so both answers are good because the "end of next week" is technically November 7th. So you might very well know what's going on in a week!!!

Just try not to stress about it. Take a deep breath, and relax. :)

We also got a more definitive time frame for our letters today too - the first week in November. We'll just have to see if they are telling the truth.

The nursing dept. had an open house on October 16th and this week people were getting letters from the department in the mail to thank them for attending the event. It gave more than a few girls fits to see that return addy on the envelope and it be a psyche!
