WCCCD Acceptance Letter

I called about 2 weeks ago, and the lady was extremely rude and said they haven't even chosen anyone let alone sent out letters. And that i have more than enough time to receive a letter before starting in January. But another one of my friends call and they said hopefully (yeah key word hopefully) they will have them out by the end of august beginning september.

Yea I called yesturday even though I've been reading on here by the end of september. The lady on the phone said they were hoping to have them ut by the end of August, but NOW their hoping to have them mailed out by the END of september. I'm really getting sick of waiting, everyone who applied BEFORE in the past would have been getting there letters around this time. Even those who are starting this fall got theres by the end of April, why should we have to wait so LONG?? its not fair

I called this morning (I'm getting so freaking antsy) and the (exceptionally rude) woman I spoke with at first told me they were "working on" applications and should have letters out within two weeks, then - just moments later - told me they hadn't even started going through applications yet, and hoped to have them out by "the end of September, or maybe the middle of October. I can't rule out the end of October, though."

"Frustrated" doesn't even begin to describe it. No one's been able to tell me why they're so far behind. When I asked if there was a delay with the letters for Fall 2009, she told me they went out on time. So why are we getting shafted? As I've said before: raaaaaage. :lol2:

sigh well I guess that's not awful then.. I was wondering if no news meant bad news or if somehow mine got lost in the mail which would be just as bad
