Hello!
I'm due to take the preadmission test for Watts and was just curious as to if there will be science questions on the test? Does anyone know who has taken the test recently? Thanks you for any and all information.

Good Luck! I took it and they only gave us 30 minutes to answer 90 questions for the first part and 15 minutes for the second part (reading) and we spent another 15 minutes on filling out the paperwork. I knew after I took the test that I didn't pass because I was so nervous that the time went by so fast. There are no science questions and Im debating on retaking it again for an extra 20 bucks. I know that I am not stupid I bought the book and studied for 3 months and I have an associated degree in medical assisting but what they do at watts is crazy its as if you have to just mark the paper and hope you get it right within the time allowed. The book that I bought was the one recommened by them and it states that the allowed time is an hour but not with watts. When we left and got on the elevator we all looked at each other and asked if we finished and one girl stated that she probably got 3 of the reading questions cause you have paragraphs to read but there is noway that the way they are doing this stuff is correct and its not fair to the people who want to really do their best and not just answer questions you know. Yeah it's great that some people can go in and score into the 90 percent percentile but everyone is not like that. It's all about MONEY because the first thing they ask is do you have your money. If they allowed people the correct time there would be a lot more students going there and if you take it a second time and fail that it you cannot try anymore. So good luck! Hope it helps
Thank you so much for all of the info.
Let me know how it goes!

The test does not have science content. It seems to me that it is mainly a test of reading speed/comprehension and basic skills - vocab, math calculations. If you read and work quickly, the test isn't too bad. I was shocked at how fast the time passed when I took it, I definitely didn't finish all the questions.
Ok so Wednesday I'm taking the test. I'm studying the book now and was curious as to if it was going to include basic math, algebra and geometry? I'm assuming basic math but you know what they say about those who assume, heeheh.
Thanks for all the info!

Can you use a calculator for the test?

So do they separate both parts of the test? such as:
They give you the math portion for an amount of time, take it back, and then give the reading part?
