Watts School of Nursing June

Wanted to see who else is going to Watts (Mt Olive) starting in June. I just got my acceptance letter today! Wondering who my fellow classmates will be!

Hello all! I wanted to ask a couple of questions since you guys are in the prereqs and I will begin those in January. I'm contemplating "sitting " with my grandfather who has dementia while I'm in my prereqs and I didn't know if any of you are working right now and how you felt that might be affecting your grades and ability to get work done. I would be with my grandfather M-F for 8 or 9 hours a day. Let me know if you think this would be a bad idea, since you know how these classes go and I don't. Thanks!

Lizzie, Congrats! I, along with many others in my class are working full time during the pre req's, and others are working part time. I think it's definitely doable with the MOC courses, but I don't know about the Watts courses. You'll probably have to do alot of studying while your grandfather is resting.
