key & gc- i have a pair of dansko's and while they are expensive they are worth every penny. i don't know about the other brand - i have wide feet. i found a pair of mary-jane like ones on sale somewhere...

speaking of shoes- my ortho put me in a boot. :bluecry1::bluecry1::bluecry1: hopefully i'll still be able to run on sunday. wish me luck!

on a different note....I went to the doctor for my yearly and they drew about 6 vials of blood trying to figure out why I'm always cold. Well to summarize, all my reports came back fine except for I'm iron deficient. Like really deficient. Anyone out there have this problem....What is the recourse for it?????

Tar- I am! It's tough, but you will find your balance. Did he recommend a supplement? I take SlowFe. I no longer have tot take it everyday, but have to watch myself closely.

Tar- eat more nails??? rust ones.... they have the most... dumb question, you did fast right?

Jamma- that sucks!!!! don't push it!!!remember those areas don't get a lot of blood and take a while to heal! seriously though, take care of yourself!!!!

I haven't gone back for my follow up yet. I was thinking about going out an getting a piece of steel that I could just lick when I'm feeling a little chilly.:yawn:
