I thought it was a fair exam. No surprises- she asked everything age dinged the bell for, and nothing more.

As long as the class is and as much as my gluteus Maximus aches from sitting so many hours, she makes it enjoyable.

I know, that's why I said tribute...

And I can tell you that so far... wine does not cause gout. (But maybe because

I have it with almonds (healthy fat) and grape tomatoes(veggies).....hmmm, and popcorn,

good fiber.. Been busy eating since I got home :)
