Hi Nurses,

Anybody has an interview scheduled for this month? Any of you got into the February program? If yes please share your experiences.

Hi! I got in with the Feb group in Cardio. The interview was pretty straight-forward. I interviewed with HR and then with my specific unit. There were tons of people there interviewing at the same time. I was offered the position on the next day.

Hi! i just have a question. Did you call to follow up your application for the RN residency? or did they call you or emailed you to set up an interview? Thanks!

I didn't call. I just got an email out of the blue. Did you apply?

Yup I applied. I applied last January but during that time I don't have a DC license yet. I just got my DC license so I applied again last week. How long did you wait until you received an email?

Yup I applied. I applied last January but during that time I don't have a DC license yet. I just got my DC license so I applied again last week. How long did you wait until you received an email?

It took a month or less. I applied in January also and I don't have a DC license.

Hi! How was your interview? Did they ask you clinical scenario questions or just behavioral questions?? What unit did you apply? :)

My interview was ok i guess... Im not really sure what to think. I answered the scenario questions without hesitation but im not sure what the manager thought of me
