So, we have been looking at a little town called Hamilton. I am thinking it is something like 45ish miles from Missoula. I want to work in Missoula but am INSISTENT that we live in a VERY small, did I say small, TINY, community. I grew up in one and REALLY want to get back to that type of living. I am in FLorida on the coast now, too MANY people and TOO many SNOBBY people.
Anyone have any experience with Hamilton or Missoula hospitals? THank you in advance.
Hi, I am a travel nurse working in MT. Actually this is my 3rd summer here. I have worked in Bozeman, IHS outside Billings, and now central MT. Almost every small hospital needs RN's. The reason we come here is to be with my son and family. My son moved here from FL. The kids love it here. They feel so safe and can be kids. The locals are so nice everywhere we go. They are very family oriented and the schools are the center of most social activities. The hospital are all good and have modern equipment. Because of the distance to the medical centers you can see everything in the small hospitals. Hope this helps.
