Want to immigrate to canada from india

Hello everyone,

Im not sure if im in right forum or not as this is my first post. My question is regarding immigration in canada (onterio region) from india. finished my diploma in nursing and have around four years of experience. I cleared my IELTS in 2006 with 7 bands but it is expired now. I just want to confirm if i need to clear IELTS again before applying for temporary registration.

any other advice will certainly be a great help.
