I got wait listed as well. I wanted to start in Feb but the board of nursing in the new state I moved to took too long to endorse my RN license. The morning they sent me my license number was the same morning WGU met the cap for March. Sooooo now I'm starting in April. You're not the only one :)

Hi all,
Im a little discouraged today and was hoping for some positive info. I graduated in May with my Associates and accepted a nursing position in a hospital in June. I contacted WGU right out of school in hopes of starting soon after. They emailed me stating they received my transcripts in June, yet I did not receive my transcript evaluation until October. This to me seemed a little ridiculous. In October my area and home were devastated by Hurricane Sandy. So I put school on hold for a few months while we recovered from Sandy. I've tried contacting my enrollment counselor several times now and have not heard back. Today I called and spoke to a different counselor who told me that their enrollment cap has been met and all future student will be waitlisted! I almost fell off my chair. Anyone heard of this with WGU? I never have!
Sorry for the long post just needed to vent! On a lighter note anybody else hoping to start program soon?
