Support Protect Our Children Efforts this Election Day

Children who have been victims or witnesses of violent crimes can be victimized again, if they have to face their attacker in a Pennsylvania Courtroom. On Nov. 4 you have the power to change this by voting YES on ballot questions No. 1 and No. 2. If approved, these questions will permit child victims to testify via video conferencing. The change in the Pennsylvania Constitution through question No. 1 will not open the door to adult testimony by videotape or closed circuit TV. Checks and balances through the US constitution and case law provides the basis to assure that any change to the state constitution impacts children, not adults. Support this effort by voting YES on Election day, November 4, 2003
