Vns Salary

I'm thinking of changing from the ICU setting in NY to local VNS here in NJ. Anyone know what the average hourly rate is for VNS NJ & how to get the most bang for your buck...ie certifications etc?

Can you tell us what VNS stands for? That might make it obvious why you posted this in travel nurse forum but I'm not getting it!

Isn't home health usually paid per visit? Plus perhaps mileage?

Anyway, I would suggest posting in the home health or NJ specific forum to find nurses who work in that area.

Skilled nursing yes. Private duty is hourly
