Anyone work for VNA-TIP Homecare? I may have an interview with them and do not have HH experience? Advice?

Think about your assessment skills, time management skills, and clinical decision making as areas for discussion during your interview. Be prepared for a short skills test, the usual, insulin, digoxin, etc. Maybe 20-50 questions. You may be given separate tests for peds, adults, vent, meds. Also have in mind your questions for them, particularly their plans to train and/or orient you to your job in general, and your client(s) in particular, if you will be doing extended care. Good luck with your interview.

You might also have better luck for this particular employer if you post in the forum for your geographic area.
Oh that's true! Thank you!
