Are you applying for a sponsored H1B (specialist visa with all costs paid by employer) or employment based green card?
Im planning to take the h1b route.can you give me some advice regarding this?thanks a lot!

Do you have a BSN and experience in a certain area that is in demand. You have a hospital not affected by the cap offering you a job? Otherwise very hard to get H1b as they are released in April and gone within hours and usually by the IT profession
Yes i am a BSN graduate frim the Philippines and i have been working in the ER department for the last 6 years here and abroad. We are currently searching for a hospital which can sponsor me as my brother is already in the US and a green card holder. Do you think its the right choice to go on the h1b route? Im so confused right now.
There is nothing stopping you from trying just be aware it may be difficult finding employer willing to go the H1b route as it is very expensive and they have to pay all costs
