hello everyone!!
I am bacccck! :typing
I have not been here coz, all my thoughts and concerns have been on threads since. But...this time I need your help....my co nurses ...hope you have got the time abd the experience to solve my problem. Here it goes...
I lost my Visa screen certificate.
How can I get another one? Do I need to re apply in the style or steps done by an initial applicant? Please don't advise on the website because I have been to the CGFNS web and it does not say at all what to do..but just says the payment fee is now 100$ for replacement of damaged, lost or dilapidated Visascreens.
I don;t know whom to ask this question..BUt I know this website can help me..
It never mentioned that I need to apply as a regular applicant does. Well, do we do it like that?
Thanks ahead for the replies.
I really cannot understand why of all documents..this was just sort of GONE?

If your initial certificate is still within the 5 year validity period, you do not have to re-apply for anything other then request cgfns to send you another copy. That is it. Just visit their website. Their is a fee of course for them to send you another copy.

You will need to send them the fee that is requested to replace a lost of damaged Certificate. That fee is currently $100 just as you mentioned above.
You do not need to reapply, just send them a letter with your signature and payment for the $100 and they will handle the rest. They cannot send anything without a written request from you as well.
Thanks to both of you..:bow:Lawrence and suzanne. As usual, I just had a thorn plucked out of my throat..or was it a bone??
whatever! I thank you very very much.
Now my next problem is..can I borrow 100$ form anyone out there?:loveya:
and of course ................................thats just a joke...:chuckle
(Sometimes in this world of nursing, one needs to take time to ponder on corny lines like this...)
