visa screen info

hi.. i need help. im a nurse from the philippines, i passed my nclex-rn exam last year. just recently passed my ielts. i want to apply for visa screen. got some few concerned.

1. secondary diploma, do i need to place it in an enveloped, sealed from the school? how long ago was your training? when i sent mine i just sent it in ordinary mail but as my education was longer than 10 years ago it wasn't really required

3. what form do i need to seed for my nclex license virefication? is it from the new mex website or from the cgfns? there is a form in the vsc handbook you can use that

2. if i have an employer in states and my papers are with them, if i cant be in us in 5 years do i need to take my ielts again and pay for visa screen application? yes you need to get a new vsc if it takes longer than 5 years and if your iels has expired (which it will) you have to re take that also

thanx for the quick reply. i finished my nursing in 2006, my concerned regarding my diploma in high school. i graduated 1997. do i need to place it in an enveloped from school?

i worked for 1 year as an ER nurse and finished my masters in nursing last year, i decided not to place my masteral diploma for my visa screen, i dont thingk its nedded right?

by the way.. do i need to bring the request for registration/license for visa screen in PRC? thats where i got my local board.

I don't think you need your school to send it, so a copy should be OK with you sending it.
