Can Somebody help me. I am an International Educated Nurse (Philippines). Currently, I am in the process of accomplishing my Visa Screen Requirements. The rest of the requirements are already secured (School,PRC, Photo Identification form) . The only thing left that I still haven't figured out how to do is the license validation or verification . Based on my cgfns account on the website, it appears License Validation Form (US NCLEX) -- waiting to be received. Can someone enlighten me? Help!
What to do? I spent so much trying to call Illinois board of nursing but to no avail, no one is answering the phone. I have only slightest idea on how to process it to illinois . but I just want to make sure that i am doing it right as to not waste anymore time. How? Step by step? what documents should i attach?

usually with the VSC handbook there is a form you can use that you send to the state BON and they complete and forward to CGFNS and a small fee is sometimes charged by the BON
That part I know, I printed the form from CGFNS and send it to BON. what other forms should I attach it with when sending to Illinois Board of Nursing? Do i need to attach a photocopy of my Illinois license? or Pass letter? How much? How?
this should help otherwise I would suggest contacting the BON
