visa screen certificate not yet given

I want to ask your opinion on this matter. I applied for visa screen, I met all requirements, passed the CGFNS exam last March 14, my deadline for visa screen application is on June 2007. The CGFNS told me that I have expired status. I complained to them telling them of the descripancies involve. To my dismay they move in snail pace. I can't wait to have my visa screen certificate on my hands.

What further actions to be done?

Thanks for your kind advice. I will wait for thier notice of action. I am really a fool here because I e-mailed them every night. HEHEHEHE

i got my visascreen earlier than my cg certificate. in 3 weeks
