they said that its faster doing the online application? how can I access that?

The forms needed are to be submitted to the following schools, regulation body?

what should i do with my ielts result, how can i forward it?

can i pay later if all of the forms are completed?

am i the one to send the required documents such as TOR, RLE... (should it be a certified true copy? notarized? or just a photocopy is acceptable?

what should i do with my ielts result, how can i forward it? has to go direct from the board you took ielts, you can not send any results.
can i pay later if all of the forms are completed? they will not do anything with your documentation without payment

generally documents have to go direct from the body, you really need to read the handbook on vsc as it does give you steps on who sends what
