Visa needed for OSCE in Canada?

Has anybody here applied for OSCE direct from the Philippines? I have applied to take this OSCE from the Philippines, what kind of visa do I need to apply to travel to Canada? How long does it take to get the visa and can someone please share me some info on the requirements to apply for a visa in Canadian Embassy in Makati? ANy inpout would be greatly appreciated.

You need a tourist visa so suggest you check cic website and the website for the Canadian embassy in the Philippines
