I currently work in Philly- Post-partum, per diem. I am interested in doing part-time or per-diem at Virtua Voorhees. Is anyone familiar with their rates for someone with my experience? (BSN as well). Thanks

part-time starting is $31.78 with 20 yrs exp. 10% evening diff., 17%night diff.

i think the per diem is year 1 $31, year 2 $32.50, and year 3 $34.00

premium per diem is year 1 $34, year 2 $35.50, year 3 $37

i believe the premium pool pays about $40, but requires a commitment.
